TTFit is owned by Terry Gednalske who is one of most highly regarded fitness professionals around. He is a recognized leader in the fitness industry, and sits on the NFPT (National Federation of Professional Trainers) Advisory Committee as a Subject Matter Expert (S.M.E) which is the Personal Trainer Exam Development Committee. Terry has over 18 years of experience in the fitness and nutrition industry and is a former competitive bodybuilder. Terry started TIGHT –TONED - FIT because of his love for fitness and helping people. His years of experience and compassion for helping people allows him to work with all ages, body types, and fitness levels. Terry specializes in educating his clients on the proper techniques and methods in weight training, weight loss, weight gain, cardiovascular conditioning, muscle strengthening, eating management, and supplementation to help his clients transform their bodies and reach all their health and fitness goals.

TTFit believes everyone should incorporate some sort of fitness exercise program, into his or her busy life schedule. We also believe strongly on eating a healthy diet along with a good supplementation program depending on what your fitness goals are. TTFit love's helping people who are serious about making a lifestyle change to transform their bodies and improve their health and fitness goals by teaching them how to incorporate proper exercise, nutrition, and supplementation into their daily lifestyles. We know and feel, in addition to medical research showing us, that exercise, nutrition, and supplementation will let you live a longer more healthy life, while also helping to reduce certain risks of physical and mental ailments.
As professional fitness trainers, Terry has an important job in being positive role models as lifestyle coaches. Being a role model is important in motivating and building self-esteem for our clients, general people, and most of all today’s youth. We believe exercise should be fun, safe, educational, and effective to help people reach their health and fitness goals.
