Egg Whites Pancake Batter Mix
Add the following
items into a Blender,
- 1 cups of Regular Oatmeal 2 Whole eggs with yolk 2 mini
containers of liquid egg whites
- Add your favorite protein powder
- 1 large tbsp of Sugar Free Strawberry Jam made with Splenda
- Add about 1tsp of Banana Extract
- Blend it up and you will have an awesome pancake batter.
** Use Sugar Free Syrup... Or you may spray on some
"I Can Not Believe It's Butter" and then sprinkle on a packet of Splenda. |
TTFit's Scrambled Egg Recipe
- Add 1 container of liquid egg whites into a pan and add 1/4 or 1/2 cups of regular oatmeal.
- You may add any sodium free spices to it you choose.
- Stir it up and you have awesome high protein breakfast with quality carbohydrates.

TTFit's Tuna and Salmon Patty Batter Recipe
Get a mixing bowl and add the following.
- 4 whole eggs
- 1 can of Pink Salmon (14.75 oz can) (strain before adding to bowel)
- 1 large can of tuna from spring water. (strain before adding to bowel)
Seasonings:
- Szechwan Style Pepper Blend (add about 6 to 7 shakes)
- Black Pepper ( add about 6 to 7 shakes)
- Ms. Dash Table Blend (add about 6 to 7 shakes)</font></div>
- McCormick Salt Free Garlic and Herb ( add about 6 to 7 shakes)
- 2 tbs of Holland Red Cooking Wine
- 2 tbs of Louisiana Hot Sauce
- Yellow Mustard (2 good squeezes)
Stir up ingredient and have a frying pan preheating and once stirred up, start making your Salmon and Tuna Patties.
Once made and on your plate, add a little salsa. This is real good.

Substitute For
Mashed Potatoes:
Instead of potatoes, steam
some cauliflower, either fresh or frozen-it makes no
difference. Once it's soft, mash it with a
little liquid butter substitute. (I Can't Believe
It's Not Butter! tastes terrific and has no bad
trans-fatty acids.) Mix in a little Land
O'Lake nonfat half-and-half substitute, which also
tastes good and is healthy. You may add some NO
Salt, Black Pepper and some Garlic Powder to ad some
additional taste. This recipe honestly can compete
any day with the real thing. |
Another Great Recipe Allot Of Our Clients Like Is our (Turkey, Egg White Omelet)
1 Male Serving:
Ground 6 ounces of ground turkey breast in a
frying pan.
Once turkey is cooked poor 1/4 container of egg
whites over the turkey and
stir it into the eggs until they look like
scrambled eggs.
Then add a small amount of Spinach and a 1/2 can of diced tomatoes with chili
peppers from a can.
Mix it altogether and enjoy!
